5 Three-Ingredient Recipes :)

  • Warm New Potato Salad

  • Barbecue Chicken Wings
  • Most barbecue sauces you buy are a little sweet, but you can still make some fab wings with very little. Add the juice and zest of two limes to a shop-bought barbecue sauce, then toss in the wings, leaving a little sauce aside as a dip. Spread across oiled sheets of foil on a baking sheet and bake in a hot oven until crisp and cooked through, or cook them on the barbecue.

  • Asparagus And Parmesan Tart
  • Take a sheet of ready-rolled all-butter puff pastry. Cover with trimmed asparagus, leaving a 2.5cm (1 inch) gap around the edges. Brush the asparagus spears with olive oil, then liberally scatter over some grated Parmesan. Bake in a very hot oven (220°C/200°C fan/425°F/gas mark 7) for around 15 minutes until the pastry is golden and puffed up, and the cheese has melted. Season with sea salt before serving. You could make one big tart or smaller individual portions.

  • Steak With Garlic Butter And Chunky Chips

  • Mozzarella Chicken Wrapped In Parma Ham
  • Simple, tasty, speedy... this chicken dish ticks all the boxes. Take chicken breast fillets, make a pocket in the centre and add a piece of mozzarella about two fingers thick. Wrap each chicken breast in a slice of Parma Ham, brush with olive oil and season well. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, brown the parcels, then move to a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C/180°C fan/400°F/gas mark 6, or until the chicken is cooked through.
