• WHITE LUNCH BAGS
• SAND OR CAT LITTER
• DOLLAR TREE BATTERY OPERATED CANDLES
• BLACK SPARPIE
• First you write BOO on the lunch bags then you fill the bags with about 2 inches of sand or cat litter then add the candles and tada you have your BOO LANTERNS.
