Beer Rolls :)
Beer Rolls
3 c. Bisquick
3 tbsp. sugar
Pinch salt
1 (12 oz.) can beer
Mix together and drop by spoon into greased muffin tins.
Bake immediately at 400 degrees about 15 minutes.
Easy Fudge :)
EASY FUDGE
1 can condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) bag of semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
On low heat put condensed milk in pot and heat,
Add chocolate chips, stir until smooth,
Then add pecans.
Remove from heat and pour on buttered platter.
Cool and cut.
KFC Biscuits :)
KFC Biscuits
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable shortening
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Sift together flour, salt, sugar and baking powder into mixing bowl.
Make a well in the flour mix and add the milk.
Add shortening and begin kneading with hands (to cut in) the vegetable shortening and flour in the milk until thoroughly mixed.
Add milk, if needed to form, and mix.
Turn onto floured board, and knead gently 6 to 8 times.
Pat dough to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut into biscuits.
Place on baking sheet and brown in oven 10-13 minutes.
Makes about 9 biscuits.
Cabbage Rolls :)
Cabbage Rolls
2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lg. jar Prego Spaghetti sauce
lg. head of cabbage, steam until leaves separate
Mix hamburger, onion, rice, salt and pepper.
Place tablespoon of meat mixture in cabbage leaf, roll and tuck in edges to make meat package.
Continue until meat mixture is used.
Place rolls in baking dish.
Add spaghetti sauce.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
Banana Bread :)
Banana Bread
1 white or yellow cake mix
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 bananas
2 eggs
1/4 c. water
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Put bananas into bowl and mash them.
Add 1/4 cup water, eggs, chopped pecans and the cake mix.
Stir well and pour into a greased loaf pan and bake 1 hour.
Let bread cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
(Bake in small pans for 50 minutes.)
