I cant find the original post for this pillow but I am assuming that the top pillow is store bought and the bottom picture is a 'teddy bear shaped' pillow so someone combine the 2 inferring you can use the teddy bear shaped pattern as the applique pattern for the 'DIY' teddy bear ballerina pillow.
