2Pts Meatballs

1 pound 93% lean ground beef
1 cup uncooked oats (regular or quick-cooking)
1 egg
1 envelope onion soup mix


Mix and form into 42 (1-inch) balls (about a tablespoon each). Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle.


Makes 42 (1-inch) meatballs - 2 meatballs equal 1 point

NOTE: These meatballs freeze well.
